The free stuff
The lessons, field guides, glossary and calculators are free to read and use for your own learning. Please don't copy them wholesale onto another site or sell them. Quoting a line with a link back is fine.
No promises about money
Nothing here is a promise that you will make money. Example numbers are examples. Results depend on your work, your market and plenty of things nobody controls. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. For those, talk to a professional.
Products
Digital products are delivered as downloads. Each product page states what you get, the format and the price before you pay. If something is broken or not as described, email samx@samxers.com and it will be made right. Merch is sold through Etsy, so Etsy's order, return and tax rules apply there.
The Workshop and member accounts
The Workshop is free and application-only. Members agree to the Code of conduct. Accounts that break it can be suspended or closed. What you post stays yours, but you give SAMXers permission to show it to other members inside the Workshop.
Links to other sites
Some links go to other websites, including Sean's other projects. Those sites have their own terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Questions go to samx@samxers.com.
